Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our software solutions. This role is commission-based with potential for high earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels.
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth software implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in software sales, IT sales, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or business automation software is an advantage.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus.
